Thanks, Frank. That's what I am wondering; I don't mind a few drops of oil if replacing the gasket is going to be expensive and non-vital. (The oil level has not been dropping any noticable amount, so that's a good sign.)
I saw the suggestion to tighten down those two bolts, so I did that last night and I'll see if that makes a difference.
